Stock Status

In Stock : Item is generally carried in stock and will ship within 24 hours (or next working day if a weekend/pubic holiday) of payment being received

Out Of Stock : If the item is marked 
"Out-Of-Stock", you can elect to be notified when the product is back in stock. Select the "Notify me when this product is back in stock" box and an enter your email address, and we will send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock and ready for purchase. Most local suppliers deliver to us within 7 business days. Smaller suppliers can take 1-2 weeks. 


We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

Please note that in the case of multiple items, may ship products as they become available or from different locations. Consequently, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.

Delivery costs are based on weight and destination. To obtain a delivery charge add an item to your cart then you are able to obtain an estimated delivery charge based on your destination.

Damaged Goods

All items are checked when received by us and again before being posted to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition.

Occasionally a supplied product may be defective in which case we will arrange an exchange. Use the Contact Us page here to request a return.


Please choose carefully when buying goods. We are happy to exchange goods withing 14 days of delivery, provided they are still in original condition, unopened with all packaging and tags attached.

All costs associated with the return of exchanges, and postage of the new item are the responsibility of the purchaser.
